I've been trying to drink more water, for some reason it's something I've been struggling with but I know especially with this detox cleanse I have to drink a lot of water. I take fiber choice but have avoided olive oil, I look at the fat grams and just get turned off. :ohwell:

I try to eat a good amount of veggies but I tend to limit my fruits to my protein shakes. I take fiber choice daily and fiber one bars once in awhile. Maybe I should eat more fruits :) I made a spinach salad with strawberries and almonds for dinner tonight, that was yummy!

Investing in a heart rate monitor is the best option....but until you do, logging it under aerobic dance is closest to the correct cal burn. It just won't be completely accurate.

I highly recommend Zumba, I have Zumba for xbox kinect and love it!! Great work out and I burn a lot of calories :)

Alcohol, especially if it's wine.....cheese cheese cheese, I am seriously addicted! Cheese puffs or cheetohs(?) and teriyaki beef jerky.

I get pretty creative with my meals, diary is open to my friends...feel free to add me :)

I use Lavash bread or flatout flatbread, bake it in the oven to get it somewhat crispy then use fat free pizza sauce from trader Joe's, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, tomatoes any veggie and turkey pepperoni...if I want it extra cheesy, I throw a reduced fat string cheese in my magic bullet and then add that too :) yummy!!

I have the Polar FT7, I don't believe it has the VO2 setting....?

MFP underestimates my calories burned, I love my hrm which is a Polar FT7

I have Zumba for kinect and play it just about everyday for 40-60 minutes and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it....if you love Zumba classes or the DVDs then you definately need to get it for kinect! It'll make you really sweat, on average I burn 700-900 cals doing it for 60 mins (three 20 min. classes) per my hrm. :)

I have the same problem....usually late at night before bed so I drink hot tea with honey, drink lots of water and/or chew gum. I eat alot of protein but still have this problem.
