On my last free day before I started my diet I had two different kinds of Doritos, hot salted pretzels with cheese dip, copious amounts of pizza, lemon bars, and who knows how many reeses pb cups and kit kats. I was so sick afterwards.

I don't have any advice, but you're not alone, I am the SAME. I am hungry ALL the time and want to eat constantly all day. If I ate as much as I wanted I'd eat 6000 cals easy, no lie. The minute I know I'm counting calories I get even HUNGRIER.

I have PMDD, there is no controlling my emotional eating during that time. Either I stuff my face or stab someone. I gain about 5 pounds total that comes off withing a week of starting my period. Every month. Sucks.

I don't have any advice but I can commiserate with you. I can not get out of the 190's either! I will try so hard and get down to 189 but it only lasts a day or two. I love big noses on men, don't know why. Any distinguishing feature really. Crooked teeth, big nose,etc. I don't like cookie cutter handsome and I don't like greasy overly ripped bodies. Strong and a little stocky.

It is 100% easier for me to eat less calories if I delay breakfast. After 10 am at the earliest, sometimes noon or 1pm. And I'm not skipping breakfast, it's just later.

I want to eat constantly. The only thing that helps is a big glass of water with fiber powder in it (1 heaping tsp.) and then I chew a piece of sugar free gum, that switches off the craving somehow because I feel like I had a sweet and then I'm bloated and not hungry from the fiber.
