Does Stevia make you hungrier and crave sugar more?
For those of you on low sugar/no added sugar diets have you noticed that trying to use replacement sugar makes you want the real thing MORE? I notice every time I eat something with stevia in it I am hungrier then ever! Or maybe its just a coincidence? Wondering if anyone else notices that. I hope that's not the case…

How many times did you "relapse" before you finally kept the weight off long term?
I am feeling SO frustrated and angry and disgusted with myself. This is like the THIRD time I have backslid and gained the same 20 pounds. I got down to 172 which is 2 pounds away from goal and now I am back up to 196. I am on track again, but eventually it has to click forever right???

What's the most weight you've gained during a "backslide",binge, fail week,etc.??
I don't mean someone trying to gain, I mean from going totally off your plan and just eating whatever you want and not caring for a while. In 2 weeks of going off my plan I have gained 8.2 pounds. Now that I've "woke up" I am so guilty and sick of myself. I hope it doesn't take 2 weeks to lose these 8 pounds. :(

Spaghetti Substitute?
I make Spaghetti for my family a lot. The meatsauce is already low cal because it is lean venison, but I can't bring myself to eat the starchy, high cal noodles. Has anyone found a low-cal or low-carb sub noodle or something not even noodley?

5'8" Women weight goal?
It seems like everywhere I look the goal of 5'8" women is 115-145, why does this seem incredibly low to me? It seems like I am the only one who has a goal that is 160! Not so pretty, but amazingly filling breakfast
This is what I've been eating for breakfast and it keeps me full for 3 hours! I think because of the complex carbs, protein, and different sources of healthy fats. Try it! Just thought some other people would be interested in what a 3 month weight loss journey really looks like. TONS of ups and downs. I chart my weight every day and when I go up 2 or 3 pounds I freak out, but looking back I see it's perfectly normal. This is a loss of about 14 pounds.
