This is what I've been eating for breakfast and it keeps me full for 3 hours! I think because of the complex carbs, protein, and different sources of healthy fats. Try it! It really is delicious.
-ezekiel toast
-1/8 cup ground raw almonds
-1tsp coconut oil
-1 T ground flax seeds, mix together to make a spread

    I eat almonds often in the mornings. Something about them keeps me nice and full.
