Pelvis injury/crooked pelvis and exercising?

Options
Wondering if anyone out there is dealing with something similar?
My pelvis went completely out of whack after pregnancies and labor that involved shoulder dystocia (baby getting stuck and essentially pulled out by force, sorry TMI)
X-rays showed my pelvis at a considerable tilt that causes terrible pain. Chiros, PT, etc. Hasn't helped that much, they straighten it out and it just goes right back out.
I've been trying to lose weight but then when it goes out again, usually after intense exercise, I'm at a standstill. It makes exercising impossible. The tread climber is a no-go, so is running and even fitness walking, until it feels better again. I see no end in sight to this and I'm feeling very frustrated.
Anyone else have this problem? Did you find a cure?
Did you find an exercise that helps, or an exercise I haven't thought of?
Thanks

I don't have that problem, but do have hip, back, neck pain that limits my workouts. Have you tried water aerobics or swimming? I find the support of the water to be helpful with movement.
