I hope for your health you are reading all the labels on your REAL food foo. I am sensitive to soy (hypothyroid) and cannot tolerate it except tor soy lethin. Soy is in many many prepared foods and fitness shakes too! no teriyaki chicken for you!

Optifast 800 avail from amazon has 160 cal per packet including 20 g of sugar. that would be 640 cal for 4 packets. Optifast 60/70 ore the ones that hospital based programs like Kaiser use. 60 for smaller women and 70 for men and taller women (as I recall) I believe they have less sugar and you eat 6-7 times a day

I weigh myself at night and in the morning/ I record the night weight every 4 days, as long as It is a) lower than previous recorded weight and b) the morning weight is more than 2 pounds less. So basically I'm kissing numbers away I don't want to see again. Otherwise I own the higher weight still.

Thanks for the support! They confirmed that the soup has titanium dioxide as white food coloring. I am relieved to know its an old (since 1988) allergen. I just reacted strongly. These are the real life hurdles I face when I eat. I continued to exercise and reduce calories and hope to post a weight loss soon!
