  • i'm in!! starting at 220 My goals are to hit 10 cups of water a day Workout at least 20mins a day And the one that got away in the last challenge.......i will get on my JD2 at least once a week!!!!!! x jo x
  • no loss for me :cry: but i'm not really suprised, more processed and take aways than real food in the last week, no excuses just laziness, will try harder on the next one x

  • it really is hard, believe me you're not alone!!! My workouts are mostly exercise bike or elliptical, which are both in my sitting room!!, and i do them whilst watching evening t.v. with my hubby after the kids have gone to bed, can be as late as 10pm. When i get my wii just dance out i normally don't start til 11pm!! You…

  • i was in a supermarket once buying a buggy for my 2yr old son, who's 'baby weight' i'm still carrying lol. When i picked it off the shelf the assistant asked whether i should be carrying it in my 'condition', to which i replied "what, diabetic?" the look on her face was a picture!!!!!! pmsl xxxx

  • i would go fairly level to play on the safe side. i have noticed if its a recipe it will say heaped or flat but on here they just say a spoon x

  • great idea!!! i did something similar a few yrs ago, i recorded my middle son singing 'wake up mammy' on my phone and used it as an alarm lol x
  • its a bit difficult to give advice 'cos we can't see your diary, but are you logging your exercise, then eating some of them back. Its one of the 1st things everybody will advise you on here, i thought it was daft at 1st but its working fo me :flowerforyou: Hope it helps xjox

  • in the GB we don't measure in cups and i'd been having trouble originally, but you find if you look through the food lists most things have a weight alternative. I weigh my food on kitchen scales, then try to keep to the same portions, i aslo know that when i come to a standstill thats the 1st thing i go back to checking,…

  • thank you!! I have left my fitness goals the same as i know this is needed to motivate myself. I thought 7lbs was a bit extreme, my body has been known to do this dury the times when water retention is bad, and maybe with this bug this is the problem!! its just so disappointing :ohwell: xjox
