I am 5 10 med frame.....after 4 months I am down to 170 from 204. My lowest weight was 130 in high school and I had no body what so ever. My goal weight is 150 to 155.....just taking is slow and steady.

This is a lifestye change for me not a diet. Its the only way that I can look at it to keep it up. I log my food every day and try never to go over. I workout every day so that helps also. I have got to do this for me....some of my family looks at me odd when I get a to go container right when my food comes to the table…

In my humble opinion....I wear boyshorts when I work out. I cant go without because of sweating. And the thong...I used to wear them till my doc said NO MORE wearing them because they were causeing me to have infections. So.......boyshorts are what I wear.
