hey wel i m also a foodie no doubt i used to eat and eat and think of eating!!!!!! but here i am trying to control and loose weight and this is a vry common problem so need not get sad :) i think will power is very crucial for weight loss..... try developing some and make it clear in your mind why you wanna loose weight…

well i cook 1 cup of oats in water and add a lil amt f salt and then some spice(it can be the sachet u get in noodle packet) and season it with chilli flakes and oregano :) its a spicy treat!!!!!!!!! :)

hey :) the best way to overcome this problem is that just don't listen to what anybody has to say to u regarding your weight!!!!!! just assume that your boyfriend is behaving like this so that u can loose weight :) take it in a positive stride and just dont concentrate on his words.....just work towards it :) initial…

even doing house hold chores helps you reduce great amount of calories...the key is to be active!!!!! I wud luv to share a method to loose flabs.....instead of using a mop to wipe the floor u can use a mop cloth n bend dwn and clean the floor of al rooms....it wil help u reduce your fat...try doing it for a month :)

hey...wel one thing that can help u sure is that 1st u totally plan your intakes a night before and ensure its in your calorie count and if u feel dat ull not be able to follow then jus write in a paper about your goals and stick it up where u go the maximum and ya paste it on the place where you store snacks!!!!i guess…
