Great weight loss tips for belly fat

Anybody have any exercises, cleanses or general foods to stay away from for getting rid of belly fat... Mostly in the lower stomach I have a pooch in the low abdomen and would love to find a way to get rid of that.

    yep - it's true. you can't really spot-lose weight; your shape will stay the same and shrink down until you reach a low body-fat percentage, at which point your muscle tone is really visible.

    jillian michaels has a great set of ab exercises with a lot of variety and targets multiple stomach areas... just eat at a deficit and work on your overall tone and you'll get there!

    Add plenty of crunchers/situps. May not make you lose an ounce though this may not be seen as a problem after a couple weeks.

    You can build muscle, but there is no way to target an area to lose fat. You just have to continue to drop in body fat. Where your fat is stored is based on genetics.

    You cannot lose fat in specific areas. If you lose fat in general, you will also lose fat on your belly. You can do crunches from dawn till sunset, and you will get great abs, under the fat.

    I can only add ... a lot of creams to keep skin hydrated and help the get tight process. But aaaa looooot of time and patience! :)
