New girl!

I'm not your typical girl. I have good days and bad. I honestly don't know much of anything when it come to diet and exercise. I just know I want to look and be better. I recently in the last few months started going to the gym. At first it was just to try it out to see if I liked it and I loved it so now I'm looking to figure out a routine. I also started dancing back in September and fell in love with that. So pretty much I am looking for support and to learn. I was a skinny girl growing up. My problem was that I was under weight. Had a few mishaps that put me off my feet for quite some time and I went to the other end of the scale. Now I'm looking to be in the m:happy: iddle. A nice healthy, good looking girl. Any help would be greatly welcomed!
