If you need a good tracker, you're better off downloading my me natural diary, the logo is lilac/pink with a flowe. That's fantastic for tracking AF ovia's not as good at trackig unless you're regular, it's good for all the other stuff though

I've read online that PCOS is apparently reversible. It's something I've read but haven't actually heard of. I know they can improve, the less you have the more likely you ovulate regularly so I was kind of hoping to see an improvement, or something to explain why it's been such a long time since i had a period. I asked…

My RE advises even if you are not at the point of being insulin resistant he states still should be on Metformin min of 2000mg per day. I don't know if I really notice a difference or not with taking it. At the moment having issues with my thyroid so hard to say. [/quote] Isn't it funny how doctors opinions are different.…

You're welcome! If you have any questions just send me a message. I don't take mediCation for my depression, the doctor once prescribed me citalopram but I decided against taking it because I wanted to get over it myself. I actually visited a Life Coach, and he helped a lot. I use mediTation to help with my depression, as…

Welcome to the wonderful world of pcos. Let me first introduce myself, I'm faye. Currently trying to loose weight to help me increase my chances of conceiving. I have one daughter already who was a surprise after being told I would never conceive naturally. Any who, pcos isn't something serious so that's a good thing to…

I'm not insulin resistant, I asked my doctor and she told me that all my blood work is in the normal range so I have no ide what's going on with me. So far just being carful with what I eat is giving me results so I'm just trying to maintain that x

I track my temp on Ovia, there's a part where you can put it in, it comes up with a graph so you can see your temps rising and falling. I've been temping but had to stop because my theremometer broke, just got my new one in the post this morning so getting back into it tomorrow. Haven't used fertility friend myself, I've…

That's good! I'm a bit limited because I have a toddler so I haven't got the time to do most exercises and there's always seems to be something that needs to be done in my spare time so I do find I haven't got the time to do much. I'm thinking of adding some calisthenics into my day but starting of small, like 10 of each…

Reading through all the comments and I can't say I can understand what it's like to have excess hair... like on the chin and neck and stuff because l don't. I get it on my upper lip, my belly and my toes which are the most irritating places for me but I deal with this by plucking and shaving, what I do hate though, is how…

Sounds good to me! The idea of posting photos of myself was scary but I actually think it's done me some good. I'm not a body-confident person so I'm not one for flashing the flesh but by sharing my story others like me may be inspired. I really didn't think I would get this far so it's a huge achievement to me and I just…

It's probably exactly that. Who wants to be doing exersize when AF shows her ugly face? I know I wouldn't. Just do what you feel comfortable with and don't be discouraged, you'll be back to your normal self as soon as its over x

Such pain when something like that happens. At least you know you're O day and can work with it. I'm still working that out. I dont think it's happend yet and I'm on day 65. It's horrible being in limbo isn't it. That waiting is just awful. I really hope you get the bfp you've been waiting for :) x

I had a very faint positive on my second pregnancy. I ended up miscarrying but i took 8 pregnancy tests over 3 days and each time it got darker. Keep me updated :) It funny that it happens 'when you're not trying' that's what happened with me on my first and my miscarriage happend when my first was only 3 moths old. Total…

I have 'pregnancy' symptoms all the time! It so easy to think that I'm pregnant when I'm contraception free! It's like everyday I will feel something and it will make me hopeful or curious. I've had 2 periods this year, January and then August. I had light spotting in September an thats it! I have literally spent more time…
