I do not take another muti with it. But i do take a calcium plus D, super B complex and a fish oil (Omega 3). I hate to swallow pills so I split them up. Take half in the morning and half at night.

I am having the same problem! With the weather getting colder its harder to get up and go for a walk and I am craving comfort food. I have found that finding a new indoor workout has helped. I went online and bought me a new wii fitness trainer game and a fun Richard Simmons dvd! (I know! Don't laugh.)

A BALANCE BALL IS A GREAT WORKOUT! EVEN IF YOU JUST SIT ON IT FOR A FEW HOURS WHILE WATCHING TV.

I take flintstones complete and only 1 a day. I'm pretty sure that's what the bottle says to do. I do know that ironically overdosing on them will cause hair loss.

I actually lose a handful of hair everyday and it was getting very old. I asked my doc about it and she recommended flintstones. I thought she was crazy but I gave it a try and after about 3 weeks I noticed the hair loss was drastically reduced.

I have the same problem. I have just gotten used to not entering my weight lifting. I really do it more for toning that calorie burn anyway.

Tuna in a can is pretty cheap and with only a 100 calories a can it fits nicely in to my diet. I make tuna salad for 1 and eat it (no bread) about 3 times a week.
