When you weigh you want to be sure to do it first thing in the morning after you have been to the bathroom and before you eat or drink. Try to wear the same clothes each time. Don't weigh everyday as it will fluctuate too much and only frustrate you. Weigh no more than once a week. Choose a day that works best for you. I do Friday because Saturday is my free day (meaning little to no exercise.)
Eating is really different for everyone. I personally have cut out white foods aka bread, pasta, and sugar! I eat 6 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Never eat in the 2 hour period before you go to bed. And of course water! Take your weight and divide by 2. That is how many oz of water you should drink each day! Good luck!!0 -
