  • I'm on week 4 (rcovery week) and it was YogaX tonight but just did not have the time so I did CardioX instead. I like yoga but it is just too long and did not have the tim since I wored late tonight.
  • I have both and done both and I agree Turbofire is way more intense and athletic. If you like kickboxing you will like these programs. I Loved Turbofire and Chalene and really enjoy the intense HIIT workouts. YOu can always modify until you can go full intensty.

  • I do P90X and it is not in the database. I had to create my own exercise name. I wear a Heart Rate Monitor and that is how I know how many calories I burn during my exercise. When you create your own exercise you have to pu the duration and calories burned in it yourself. I hope that helps. I know that I do not bur 600+…

  • Absolutely weight lifting counts as calories burned. I wear a HRM to see where I stand with calories burned. Lifting does not burn as many calories as cardio but you need lean muscle to do a long burn. You should be able to plug it into MFP and it will give you calories burned.
