Way to go! You look so happy. Congrats
-
Welcome. It is simple, it just becomes challenging month after month after month. Keep at it and you will reap rewards!
-
Thank you for posting this extremely interesting article.

Looks like a body builder's diet to me! How many calories do you consume daily?
-
This!
-
372 calories per serving.
-
Between 75 and 100 grams daily.
-
When I measure out 1/2 cup at home it amounts to very little ( a small mound over the cone) I would guess 1 cup would be more likely.
-
It will get smaller as your weight goes down. Keep up the good work.
-
Panettone, especially around this time of year.

I also splurged today but I enjoyed it tremendously. One day out of seven! Tomorrow I'll be eating at my normal deficit again. None of us are perfect. Be kinder to yourself. Falling off the bandwagon is nothing to be ashamed of.
-
I enjoy their grilled chicken sandwich at least 2 times a week! Wendy's has a taco salad (which I split with my husband) that also fits the bill nicely at around 350 calories.
-
Calm down. You are doing great! Keep on doing what you're doing. You will be doing this for years to come.
-
Please stop. The only reason you have gained weight is that you are eating more than you need on a daily basis. Eat at a deficit and you will lose weight. It is that simple. Asanchgo, you are beautiful and you can do it!

Way to go! I'm here losing my last 30 pounds (again). MFP needs more positive people like you to encourage us, keep it coming.
-
You ate at a deficit and therefore you lost weight. Decreased testosterone and low energy means you need to eat more on a daily basis. Don't complicate things. You already know the answers.
-
You are a beautiful woman. You don't need any pills to lose weight. Just accurately log your food and be patient, the weight will come off.

Great post. I hope everyone who doesn't think CICO works for them reads this.
-
I don't understand you're question?
-
Angel food cake with whipped cream frosting.

These are all excellent points. I hope they reach the appropriate ears. I fear, however, this will need to be said again, and again and again. Great post by the way.
-
This is excellent advice. Log the bag you ate into the food diary and look at the results in the calorie column.
-
That's an even better way to deal with mild hunger. I'm employing that technique right now! Thanks

Learning to tolerate the sensation of mild hunger.

Spironlactone was the answer for me. A Dermotologist initially prescribed for it for me, now my GP renews the prescription.
-
Thanks for posting about this ice cream. I've looked it up and can't wait to try it.

A warm baguette slathered with cold butter.

OP, I’m glad you found success with your new WOE. Because I have insulin resistance, I need to be on a low carb diet/high fat diet until I resolve my metabolic disorder. If you have diabetes in your family, as I do, you chose the best eating plan for yourself. I agree the lack of hunger on this diet is an added plus; it…

I’m 66. I think taking weight off is always hard to do, but, this time around, it became harder because of insulin resistance. I don’t know if this applies to you, but for many of us ‘aging’ individuals glucose intolerance develops, particularly if we’re overweight. If this isn’t a factor for you just keep at it, the…
