Agreed, and the egg white grill from there is also a solid option in the AM.1 -
I enjoy their grilled chicken sandwich at least 2 times a week! Wendy's has a taco salad (which I split with my husband) that also fits the bill nicely at around 350 calories.0

Taco Bell's fresco menu is awesome. I'm a vegetarian so I get a fresco bean burrito (350 cals, I think) BUT omnivores have more options and with lower calorie counts.0

I don't get why fast food is the devil. There are lots of sensible options that fit very well in my plan.4

Runza has some tasty grilled chicken sandwiches.
Wendy's power Mediterranean salad is filling and tasty.
A Whopper jr from Burger King is 310 calories.0 -
Cheeseburger or Whopper Jr. and side salad from Burger King.
Steamed shrimp and scallops with Chinese veggies.0 -
The veggie burger at Burger King (known as the BK Veggie) without mayo and cheese is only 310 calories. As a vegetarian, that's a great fast food meal. Even if it's not showing on the menu, most Burger King's serve it if you ask. Another great fast food stop for vegetarians is Taco Bell. Any meat item on their menu can be ordered "minus the meat, plus beans" and substitutes refried beans for the meat in the item, making it vegetarian (not vegan though).0

Adding a "here here" to Taco Bell fresco. 140 Calorie soft or hard tacos. I eat three of those for a meal frequently, and my fav diablo sauce is calorie free.1 -

But their refried beans are vegan, so if you request to hold dairy items like cheese and sour cream, they work for vegans too.0 -
I like Chick Fil-a's grilled nuggets, but they are expensive and it annoys me to pay that much for such little calories!0

The only thing I'll eat from Mickey D's are their breakfast McMuffins. I usually do the egg white one with a tomato slice instead of the Canadian bacon.
Fast food is a problem for me because the sodium bloats me like the Dickens!1 -

Same.. but I do get full off a 12 piece, add a side salad and double satisfied. lol
Fast food is far from the devil for me. Sometimes it is necessary when out and about, sometimes fast food is just something convenient when I just can not cook again for the week. I got that way last week, needed one night off from the cooking every day. But I do have my go to's at various places that I get every time.0 -
Taco Bueno! I can have a beef taco and party burrito for <500 calories!0
