Don't give up! I have days and weekends when I enjoy my time with friends and get off track then feel crappy after its over but I just start over again. Just don't make it a habit dear. I'm also a college student so I know how hard it is. Junk food everywhere! You can message me whenever you'd like for more motivation. :)

Well I'm not exactly the same height or weight but I'm close. I'm 5'6 and 153 pounds. I'm trying to lose at least 10 pounds. I would be more than happy to help support and motivate you and you can do the same for me as we continue our journey :)
