BMR Question
My BMR is 1,498. Is that what I have to eat on a daily to lose weight while working out vigorously? Or stick to MFP's 1200 cal? I'm confused.

When did you start to see a difference?
I'm trying to lose the last 15-20 pounds and I always get a little discouraged. When did you start to see a difference in your body? Is it true that others see the difference before you actually can? This can help as motivation! Thanks and feel free to add me :)

Turbo Fire/ ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid
Hey everyone! After my semester is over, I'm going to be starting up my hybrid over the summer. Since those workouts are intense, I'm gonna have to eat more. I'm currently eating 1400 calories with light exercise. How many calories should I probably add or should I keep it the same?

I have it bad for sweets!
Hey loves, I have a weakness for chocolate, sweets (candy & cookies), and soda (diet). They're all bad for me. I want to give up soda completely but can't.
