    whole wheat pita chips with hummus
    carrot sticks
    raw zucchini sticks dipped in marinara sauce
    granola
    almonds
    string cheese
    hard-boiled eggs
    fruit (apple, banana, berries)
    greek yogurt

    There are SO many options!! If you combine a carb with a protein, it should hold you over until your next meal!

    A tablespoon or so of peanut butter with celery and baby carrots. It's like my favorite snack in the world right now, LOL.

    I feel like it gives me tons of energy before a workout.

    Options
    Spread a tsp. of peanut butter on a graham cracker square, add slices of apples. It is so good. I just have one large rectangle graham cracker, two tsp. peanut butter, and the apple slices, then eat the leftover apple slices on their own. Filling and delicious!
