Frozen or Pre-Packaged food

Hey loves,
Do you guys think its a good idea to have those kind of food in substation of high calorie foods?
Any answer is appreciated!

    If you can, then make your own frozen meals and eat those. (I do it by making large batches of things and freezing the leftovers in individual portions.)

    If you don't have the time/inclination, then they are a great easy way to watch your calories - just be aware of the high amounts of sodium in them!
