Being a full time college student, it's really hard to find money to buy a lot of healthy food because I'm not working.
I feel like it's a stupid question to ask but I need to ask so I can get started on my journey again. I don't want to gain anymore college weight. Any ideas of budget-friendly foods? I'm doing Insanity and want to eat 1,400 cal/day.

Eggs, oatmeal, beans, in season produce, Fish, chicken and turkey is almost always on sale and that's a good time to stock up. For yogurt buy the large tubs instead of individual cups and then portion it into your own containers.0
