Condiments- I am the condiment queen. Light mayo, sriracha, ketchup, and mustard all taste good. You can mix all of these to your liking. Sounds weird- but you should try it. It makes a yummy low calorie sauce for veggies / slim noodles / or egg whites :)

my biology teacher says that dark chocolate would worsen your depression if you ate enough of it so he doesn't eat it and his diet is like 100% perfect. he's really strict. however i think dark chocolate is fine.
