I love kettlebell/kettlercise routines on youtube

Started a new running program on dirt track roads in Spring where I walk the dogs, was totally getting into the c25k program when stepped on a stone whilst looking at the dogs and ended up sprawled out on the road with water bottle in one direction and mp3 in another and nasty scraped knees.. calves... palms etc. Totally…

Smaller plate for me and as my other half doesn't like veggies I'll cook some for me and then have them instead of potatoes/pasta. He is a great cook so can be hard!

Wine in the bath yes (btw burgundy glasses often float with wine in!) but shower? Can't imagine how that would work!
-
Oh yes, I think I'm doing some good then look in the mirror and I'm still a monster (not helped with the fact I've filled my remaining calories with pizza and wine!)

Ryvita and laughing cow extra light cheese triangles are my favourite savoury crunchy snack

Double rainbow out walking the dogs

Doesn't the smell make you gag! So far I've been able to save mine by soaking it overnight in hot soapy water then through the dishwasher. Not left it by mistake for long enough to have the smell infuse into the plastic - yet

Yes, currently 5'5 and 200lb and want to lose at least 30lb by October for my wedding!

Also open to friends. Open diary to friends but I admit it's not perfect yet - honest but not perfect (Eta in lincs)

Amazing work, well done

I signed up for 10 personal training sessions at the gym because I fancy the instructor. (Am happily engaged and my other half knows, the eye candy helps with motivation even though I currently ache from yesterday's session!)

Great work! Same height as you but with a heavier start weight. 140 looks like a good goal!

55 day streak at the moment. Friends welcome

Felt really awkward at first especially with buff guys spotting each other and spending a lot of time in the rather small weights section in my gym. Soon realised they don't care who's doing what and neither should I. All there to improve ourselves :)

Various things, a pedometer I wear all the time, more accurate kitchen scales, clip less cycling shoes+pedals for spin class and my mountain bike, a decent pair of running shoes so my knees don't hurt, HRM, and got a wireless scale for my birthday as I hop on everyday and it syncs to mfp automatically. Still need to…

Another in the UK, added :)

Love spinning, may feel like I might die during it but my favourite cardio. I used to get a sore backside when first started so bought one of those gel seats you can fit over the saddle which made it more bearable, don't need it any more though. Definitely take a towel and plenty of water!

I could do with more friends, I'll admit I'm not perfect but try my best and having some active posting friends should help keep me going. In the UK but just nice people would be great!

Hello, Trying to get back on the wagon, friends who won't judge me for my non-perfect diary would be appreciated! I'm trying to eat within my calorie goal each day and increase my exercise regime with added lifting (although first leg day with my new PT meant I couldn't walk properly for 5 days afterwards!!) Also have a…

I am a veterinary surgeon myself and see this dilemma pretty much every day... for me it depends on the potential outcome, if there is a chance an animal can be completely fixed and lead a normal life thereafter, or at least have a great quality of life for a good time after whatever procedure needs doing, then great go…
