I also do Pilates several times a week and have done so after all 3 of my children. It really tightens up the mid-section. I agree with this....Diet soda gave me headaches yet I still drank it. I gave it up almost for 4 weeks ago and haven't felt better in a long time!! Personally, it makes me wonder what is in it! : /

I have only lost about 6 pounds since I started on MFP 2.5 weeks ago and I already noticed I need to go down a bra size....They seem to be the first to go, bummer! :noway:

Yes, I too would like to know what "bump" is! It looks to me like a way to save a post so you can view it later....???? If so, how do you do that?

I also use EAS, Myoplex Lite. I found out about it after reading the Body for Life book and I went with the plan, some 10 years ago. I have always built alot of muscle quickly with the help of all of the protein in the shakes. EAS makes several different kinds, as the last post said, for different people's needs. Good Luck!

I also had a really hard time getting the diet soda out of my life but it gave me headaches when I drank it so you would think it would have been easy.....it wasn't!!! I think the headaches were a sign to me that it wasn't good for me. Anyway, I just wanted to post to say it does get easier, I don't think about wanting one…

You can google "Weight Watchers 0 point soups" and you will get quite a few really good soups full of veggies. You will also see ways that other people have modified the recipes to fit their needs (protein, low sodium, etc). Might be a good place to start for ideas. Good Luck! :)

I wear two pairs of socks with mine, one smooth pair like mens dress socks and one regular pair of gym socks and now no more rubbing, the two pairs of socks do all the rubbing!! :)
