I have been using the pilates videos from my cable company On Demand section. Its been great as I can't do my normal Zumba or P90X routines because of my bad knees. Pilates has been a great way to strengthen my arms, core and increase my flexibility!0

Yes and I love it, I use a tower type thing that has added springs to increase resistance and find it really helpful. It doesn't really do much for cardio so i don't log it but i do at least 2 10 minute routines per day to help keep my hips and knees supple0

I teach Pilates. It's awesome for people with joint issues. If you are looking for a video/DVD, I recommend anything by Stott Pilates or Mari Winsor. I also have some videos up on my Facebook Fan page that are Pilates based. You can check them out here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Training-With-Tonya/231103626354?sk=videos

Yes, I take two Pilates classes a week, actually they are called Power Pilates since they are more advance. I also do several Pilates routine everyday; they are part of my warm up and cool down exercises, specially before doing any of the Jillian Michael's DVDs.
I love Pilates, it is great for the core, deep breathing, and depending on the teacher and the class, excellent for the full body. I enjoy it better than yoga.0 -
I used to do it all the time. Stopped about a year ago because i started lifting and only had so much time
Just got back into it yesterday, and I'm glad I did. Still no time to do it every day, but will definitely be working it in 2-3x/week.

I also do Pilates several times a week and have done so after all 3 of my children. It really tightens up the mid-section. If you do videos, I recommend Windsor Pilates, which is a total body workout. I have been using the same set of DVDs for 9 years and really have yet to be bored of them. The music is nice, her instructions and voice are soothing.....and I get tired of repetitious instruction and annoying voices on work out videos very quickly! Just my two cents....Good Luck!0
