Thanks for all the feed back! So far I was a D cup now have gone to a C cup… they are still big enough just don't want to lose anymore… since I have reached my goal weight

I wear the fitbit to. The downfall to the fitbit is it doesn't register your heart rate. Simply your steps. So it doesn't know the difference between walking, running, biking… so on and so forth. I just go by what MPF says. If you have the fitbit synced with MPF it will credit you for calories burned as well. I notice on…

1200 calories is the bare minimum a female should consume. So if you want to eat at a deficit… you need to eat more calories.Trust me I know the struggle most days I struggle to reach my calorie goal.

Right now I am working out 5 days a week. Eating at a 500 calorie deficit. And working with a PT. You burn more calories faster doing strength training. Your 30 mins of cardio seems good!

Thanks everyone! I normally don't weigh myself like that. But I was in the locker room and it was sitting there so I was like what the heck… I knew I shouldn't of but I did…. lesson learned!

Yes on my weight in days I weigh myself naked and before I eat or drink anything. But is it normal to have a alb difference. I did drink a lot of water.

I'm using ISO-1000 whey protein. I will try the non protein way for a few days. I drink one water bottle while working out. I'm going to start trying the coconut water thing also to see if that helps.

Some people say eat more eat more eat more… that 1200 calories is to little… then others push the eating at a deficit. It makes a lot more sense if you want to lose weight to eat a deficit than eat all these calories.

Biggest key to losing weight is a proper diet… I wasn't eating properly and busting my butt in the gym and barely saw a change in my body. Now I'm following good eating habits and the difference is amazing!

How can this be so? That is saying my target heart rate is 126. There is NO possible why when I am on the elliptical that my heart rate will be that low! I was told that my target heart rate should be around the 150 to 160 region. And I am 40.

I agree with you. Its all about eating when you are hungry and eating the right foods. I mean if you ate at mcdonalds every day then yeah you are going to put on weight. YOu have to eat the right foods and eat when you are hungry. Me myself I stop eating after 7pm. If I get hungry before I go to bed then its to bad…
