Is there anyway to customize the MPF calorie counter? I want my daily to calorie intake to be 1500 cals instead of 1200.

Calories
So my personal trainer wants me eating 1500 calories a day. I struggle even hitting 1200. I don't want to eat junk. I'm eating healthily but its all so low in calories. So any tips on how to boost my calorie intake without turning to the junk?

SO today was my weight day. And my scale weighed me at 151. I worked out a little bit ago and weighed myself at the gym and that scale said 162!! So I thought ok my scale is way off I guess.
