So my personal trainer wants me eating 1500 calories a day. I struggle even hitting 1200. I don't want to eat junk. I'm eating healthily but its all so low in calories. So any tips on how to boost my calorie intake without turning to the junk?

Peanut butter, nuts, avocado, dates, salmon (higher in 'good' fat and calories than chicken/turkey), bananas (higher in calories than some other fruits), ice cream!0

A good idea is to look at your macros and see what's missing. For most people dieting it's the fats that are absent. So what people before me have said is a very good answer.
When it comes to dairy, the fat free is lower in calories but not better for you. A good swap would be to have some fat in it, maybe 2%.
Adding olive oil to your vegetables helps you digest them better.0
