Advice

Hey everyone,
I have been dieting and hitting the gym hard for two weeks now. I have lost pounds and inches. This weeks I stayed the same on pounds still lost some on inches but not in the areas I want to the most. Those areas stayed the same.. Anyone have any tips on how I can lose inches in those areas to. I want to lose in my thighs and arms.

    It won't happen. The Exercise Gods have planned so that you lose inches first in the places you font want to lose inches. Then you finally start to lose inches last in the places in which you do want to lose inches. Cosmic karma.

    HIIT on the elliptical will work the thighs.

    You sadly cannot lose on specifics spots...
    I've been working out 7 days a week and eating mega well and still struggle with lower belly fat,,, mild but for myself it's the last part to go...i have no fat elsewhere.

    Bodies are different...you can build muscles to different zones and toned them but fat will be lost in general... not to one zone only.
    Cannot be done...it's like doing 4000 sit-ups won't melt your belly. It doesn't work that way.
    More cardio,more weights and eating well is the only way...It will go away, just will take longer.

    I wish there was a way. Would of directed the weight go from my gunt rather then my poor boobs first.

    It will happen but in its own time. It's own way.

    Just keep working.

    Thanks everyone! I'll just stick with it. I'm just an inpatient person.. something that i'm working on!
