In the Reports, net calories is the calories you ate less the exercise calories you earned each day. You have to log both to get this to reflect the net of both your food and exercise, or use a fitbit that will transfer your activity calories to the mfp site.0

So it says I have 62 net…is this good or bad?0

You want your net calories to be as close to your daily goal as possible. So, if you are aiming to eat 1500 calories a day, your net should be as close to 1500 as possible.
62 isn't a good net at the end of the day, that would be equal to only eating 62 calories all day, even though you probably ate more but burned it off with exercise.0 -
well crap.. lol I have ate a lot today to. Did a big workout today though so that is probably why it is like that0

Yes, probably. But are you sure you burned the amount you logged? Over estimating amount burned is a common mistake.
If you are sure on the calorie burn, pick higher calorie foods on your work out days. Avocado, nuts, cook with olive oil, have some peanut butter. Bananas are a higher calorie fruit, eat one of those with some peanut butter.0
