You can make this one with all organic products. It makes 6 huge servings that are only 170 calories.. http://www.stacymakescents.com/crock-pot-lentil-vegetable-soup

This recipe, while it may be low calorie, is full of chemicals. Make cupcakes out of real food and limit yourself to one.

Try to avoid products like Crystal Light... they are full of chemicals. Just because it's low or zero calorie does not mean it is healthy. For some added flavor, put some fruit and water in a pitcher and let the flavor marinate. Experiement to see what you like the best. My favorite: strawberries and kiwi. yum

I have made this recipe with the egg to have as a whole meal or without it so the quinoa/mushrooms is a side dish. It's so good! http://shopcookmake.blogspot.com/2012/02/mushroom-quinoa-and-fried-egg-for-lunch.html

I gave it up too! It's be rough but I feel so much less bloated already! I've been adding some quinoa and beans to my lunches. Good luck!

I recently bought a single serve blender that blends in a "to-go" cup. I put in a cup of milk, scoop of whey protein powder, some fruit and ice. it's really quick, simple and keeps me full for hours

bananas are great. They provide fuel for 90 mins of exercising. Also toast with peanut butter
