You can always eat some of your water too. fruits and veggies carry a good amount of water. I love having watermelon and oranges as a snack. You get a good snack and some of your water in one go

Was finally able to finish a workout after spraining my ankle with little to no pain

Throw myself into the BodyRock May Challenge and do every single exercise everyday. Of course eat better and maybe by the end of the month I will be in good enough shape to do a Tough Mudder course.

I LOVE doing HIIT training. Personally I find I get a better work out then doing 50-60 min of straight cardio.

For a craft Brewer I LOVE this specialty beer made by a craft brewer in Ontario called NickleBrook. There Green Apple Beer is soo good!! Its not a cider but like a mixture of apple juice and beer. A bit weird but soo good on a hot summer day!!

The sugar intake suggested by governments and other medical professionals is added sugar. Natural sugar you get in fruit does not count towards your sugar intake unless noted by your doctor. :)
