  • I work an office job as well. I am currently doing 5-6 days a week of exercise. I try to exercise twice a day just to keep my body in focus. I do my best to workout the same time each day and do the same workout(s) each day of the week. Watching my calorie intake and recording it has helped a lot.

  • I use "Skull Candy" they work great for me. I have tried many,many pairs, and these are the only ones that work for me. Come with three different inserts and can also be used with your cell phone. They work great!!!

  • the 700 calories from the gym is calories you are burning off(losing). the 1200 per day is calories you are consuming(adding). You need to burn roughly 3500 calories a week to lose 1 lb. So, after you consume your 1200 calories for the day, anything that you burn off is going towards your weight lose.
