I do a cup of almond milk (unsweetened), a cup of spinach or kale, 1/2 a banana and a scoop of french vanilla protein powder. the one I buy is called The Winning Combination 100% whey protein and it has only 1 g of sugar. Sometimes I add a few blueberries or strawberries too :)

I didn't have time to read all the other posts (although I can't wait to come back and get some ideas!) but I do one with one cup of either spinach or kale, one cup of almond or coconut milk, 1/2 a banana, a scoop of vanilla protein powder and sometimes strawberries or blueberries. Sooooo good!

I've finished both and have now been alternating between them. I love the workouts and I sort of choose which one I feel like doing that day. They are both awesome and I love that I can get it done so quickly in the morning and be finished with it! I try to walk too when I can just to get some more cardio in.
