25 Pounds to loose

I quit smoking a few months ago, since I quit I gained 10 pounds. I currently weigh 156 pounds and my height is 5.3" According to BMI I am overweight I reached breaking point on Tuesday and I have decided that I have to do something about my weight. My goal is to lose 22 Pounds . started watching what I eat I went jogging for 30min on Wednesday and I exercised yesterday for 20min so I am hoping for the best.

    Consistency. When you wake up and feel like slacking that day just remember the goals and why you want to lose weight. It helps

    When I quit smoking, I gained 50 lbs over the course of a year! That kick started my weight loss program too! Good for you jumping on early. Good luck!

    congrats on quitting smoking!! I gained weight when I quit smoking too. It's been 6 years now and I still need to lose it but am finally motivated and working hard at it! :)
