I am weighing in for this challenge and I hope I can stick to it. I usually weigh in on saturdays or sundays. I am starting off at 316.8. Alright guys let's get it. Also I am looking for new friends so please send requests my way, we all could use the extre support.

I just read about this challenge and I will weigh first thing in the morning. I'm ready, hopefully I can loose more. Let's do this dropping of 5lbs in octber.

I know the feeling. I guess its because most of us have those monday through friday jobs and we are so busy with that. When the weekend comes we are tired and burned out til we don't want to cook so we tend to grab the fastest things which turns out to be the fattest things to eat. Its sad but we have got to stay focused…

I personally don't think carrying over calories is a good idea because all your doing is breaking even therefore not really loosing, you would be maintaining.

Everyone has a day where they mess up, I had one yesterday. Personally I say hit the gym a little harder today and let yesterday stay in your rearview mirror. Yesterday is over so forget, Get back focused today and let's move on.

What keeps me going is having a before picture hanging on the fridge so when I go reaching for something I don't need that will be a reminder. Feel free to add me as a friend because I really think this app helps a whole lot.
