These stats make me sad! :-( there was me thinking 2lbs a week was realistic! My body seems to have lost 6lbs and got stuck! Surely ur body shud be able to loose more than that before hitting the plateau stage! I couldn't workout more even if I tried! I've been aiming to do at least 1 thing everyday so either a mixture of cardio and strength at the gym, 30DS daily and just dance 2 and zumba on the wii as well as 1 zumba class per week, and classes at the gym! I like to mix it up and yet my body still saying no let's go up instead of down! My diet cud be healthier I guess, but on the whole I dnt eat badly, what's wrong with me! :-(0 -
