I agree with what everyone has said about not eating if you arent hungry-but peanut butter has high calories and good fat. also you might not be eating enough during the day.

Seriously-find someone to work out with you and make a commitment to it. if you bail on yourself thats one thing but if you are bailing on someone else... find someone to keep you accountable and you can do the same for them.
