I am doing the same thing as you. 21 day fix containers at the 1200-1499 level, MFP, and weighing on a scale but I am having the opposite problem. I'm trying hard to keep my daily food under 1500. If you give me an add you could see what I'm eating.

I would like to bump this thread. I want to know how you find the time to work out when you work full time and go to school full time. I just can't peel out enough energy to get in a workout. Wow that makes perfect sense..Thankyou! Definitely must be dehydration and my muscles retaining the water. I usually dont jump on the scale every day, but tought I better since I had such a good workout yesterday. Thanks!
