I had everything planned out great. My TOM wasn't supposed to be until 2 weeks from now. But last month I got realllllly stressed and it came early. So that really screwed me up this month. :/

Thank you all sooo much!! I'm going to try some hot lemon water in the morning and I got some diurex today. Lots and lots of water coming my way! haha I cooked chicken on the grill tonight and made some steamed broccoli (bleh). Hopefully I can get rid of some of this water retention before Saturday!! It's super hot here…

I think there's a happy medium. haha Hip huggers are not good on anyone. Your buttcrack hangs out if you barely even bend over. LOL And I'm not sure what "mom jeans" are. Regular jeans? You just wear your comfy jeans and tell people to shove off. lol

This actually made me feel better. lol I was always told by my doctor that a healthy weight for me (at 5'4") is around 120. Not happenin! haha I haven't been 120 since 9th grade. And even then I was all boobs and butt. This says "Ideal weight range is 130 - 143 lbs. (59.1 - 65 kg.)" ... I'll take that! lol

YES! I feel the same way. The texture of hummus is just.... bleh. And it's mealy. I'm the same way with yogurt. It has to have granola or something in it or I can't eat it.

Ehhhhh, I don't even focus on those numbers! I have seen women who say they weigh the same as me and we look like two totally different sizes. Even at the same height. So you can't even go by that. Just as long as you look good and feel good, that's all that matters.

The SELF workouts are decent. I tried Slim & Sleek Fast tonight and it was good. I also like Your Best Butt Fast. There's a pilates one on there that I really like.

I like Banish Fat Boost Metabolism better than 30DS. It's longer and makes me feel like I've actually done more. I can actually feel the burn with that one. haha

I looked at the FT7 as well. But I think for the price, I just might go with the FT4 for my first HRM... I tried a cheap one from Walamr and that was a major bust. haha So this will be my first.

I will mostly use them for outdoor walking with my dogs and running errands around town. I usually have two pairs of tennis shoes... One pair for working out and one for just everyday stuff. OH forgot to add that I do log my dog walking, as it is not a part of my regular routine. We have a large fenced in yard, so I don't walk them every day. If it was part of my daily routine, I wouldn't log it.
