You are not alone. I have been there several times. I thinks it your body in shock. Like withdraw. What i have been doing is keeping yogart or FF something at hand i can grab as a quick snack. Your body isnt used to the lower calorie and it will go away after time. Does get better.

It will be ok , we are human. Ive been there. Just have to move on. Tomorrow is a new day and dont let one bad day ruin it. It is very easy. I am new too, I have been on here about 2 weeks and doing very well. this is a great site. Alot of friendly people and support. It helps you keep on track. we are all human... I have been so faithful for 2 weeks and yesterday went to a cook out. I got small serving of a few things . I figure if I keep with in my calorie all week I deserve to have a treat. I was told also that gives your body a break and will help give you a boost... hopfully Good luck to you !

I get up in the morning and walk 2 miles. when i get home my body is needing energy to burn fat. I eat 2 packet of Weight smart oatmeal . Its turn to energy quicker and keeps me fuller longer

sorry my computer is messing up... :) But i used calorie king but the price got to high. I still go to the site and get caloire counts on food i cant find. its a very helpful , then i come back here and add the counts to my diary

I had bad headaches the first week or so. I drank alot of Dt Dew and decided if I was going to put 100% into this I was giving up caffine too . Its been a over a week and the headaches are gone .I noticed if I drank more water it helped. Good luck it gets better hang in there !
