After 3 days at the lake with the family and 2 days of missed Jillian (plus TOM starting) I am back up to 209. I am hoping it is water weight from all those grilled goodies. Back to level 2 tonight as soon as the kids go to sleep.

I was just going to complain about the soreness! I could barely handle squatting while I was wiping down the refrigerator and cabinets today. And my arms! Ow! Oh well, enough complaining, gotta get this house clean before family starts coming in this weekend.
