I thought it was odd that she didn't post a new thread this past Monday. Hopefully she is doing well. I really like this challenge, so I will try and help with things as much as possible. It is really motivating to me to be on a team for some reason. I will start a new thread of Monday for a weigh-in for week 3 (since we skipped week 2). How about a weekly challenge? LIke next week, we all try and do 5 REAL push ups every day. Or as many as we can lol.0

I definitely hope this challenge keeps going. You guys are great motivators! Even if we don't do the charts, just knowing that I have to weigh and measure Monday to post helps keep me going.0

How is everyone doing?
I finished Day 2 Level 2 this morning and man, my abs are screaming at me. It feels great. Plank is definitely a challenge for me, it's awesome.
So far I am enjoying Level 2 much more than level one. It seems like that 20 minutes just flies by and my entire body feels it when I'm finished! I feel so strong.
I did cheat and weight myself and I've lost only a few ounces but the changes in my body already are pretty impressive.
