snacking is a great thing if it is done with the right foods :) it's better to have 6 small meals (snacks) a day than to eat 3 bigger meals.

i'm at 34lbs weight loss, can't wait to hit 35! also, i've got really bad stretch marks from my pregnancy and the mederma didn't help. it felt nice and moisturizing, but it didn't help my stretch marks.

Wii Zumba!!!! it's shredding my core and that's exactly what i need right now! it's also definintely toning up my legs and arms! love it!

i agree with everyone else, going over on protein isn't bad, i do it every day! it also helps keep you full longer!

Thanks for all the help guys! I guess I should add that I don't like nuts, except for peanuts... unfortunately, I really wish i did because they are so good for you. I have done the apple slices and peanut butter, I guess I just forgot about it!

i just got Zumba for Wii and it's okay. The tutorial doesn't work, so the classes on there are harder to pick up... I'm assuming it would be easier in a real life class? I just have a hard time with the footwork, but I'm getting better already! I'm just not very coordinated I guess! haha

I'm having one of those days today too! I ate 2 servings of wheat thins reduced fat instead of just one :/ but i'm trying to get more exercise in... just sucks when my baby is sick and the weather is icky!
