Hungry days?

I have found good success using this site. I joined on March 11, and have lost 5 pounds in 18 days. I have been pretty much making my goal of 1200 calories a day--one or two days I was slightly over, a couple of days just a little under. But boy, today I am really hungry! I have been dealing with it okay, although I had a slightly larger snack after work than I had planned to--and I've either got to go for a walk to burn off a few more calories, or try to have a low calorie supper that will fill me up.

How do you all deal with those HUNGRY days?

    i drink more water and if needed a larger snack with an added walk in the evening

    Increase Protein and Water too!
  • I'm having one of those days today too! I ate 2 servings of wheat thins reduced fat instead of just one :/ but i'm trying to get more exercise in... just sucks when my baby is sick and the weather is icky!
