It starts hurting about a minute in....and I usually don't finish the whole set when I have tried. It is the medium plates....I want to go to the large. This is just at my house though, so I don't have an instructor. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion, I will look up the stretches as well, and work on my dead lifts and rows. I think it is time to add more weight to those too.

I am trying option 2...but it is slow, I am weak. I will definitely try #1...I am pretty relaxed in my upper body right now with a wide grip. Thanks for the suggestions!

I think it might be. Coming out in the Internet world! Les Mills Body Pump bar....straight. Not a ton of weight, I am a weakling! Right now 10lbs plus the 5? Lb bar. I want to add 10 lbs. could it be the weight plus the time? It is a squat track, so a bunch of reps in different speeds for ~6 min.

I have the 30 day shred....a good workout, but I find it boring. It is nice when I want to get a quick solid workout in, though. I recently got the Les Mills Pump set. Fish terrify the crap out of me. Really, all aquatic creatures, bust especially fish. I just overcame it enough to not mind being in the same room as fish tanks or visiting an aquarium. Putting any part of my body in a lake, river, ocean, or pond where I could come into contact with a fish? FORGET IT.

I think you have a good start...really I think the perfect casual outfit equatuion is this: a good fitting pair dark rinse jeans, either boot cut or trouser cut + an interesting shell/top + a cardigan + flats or boots Target and Kohls are great and affordable. Same here. I love orange or raspberry vodkas with seltzer/ soda. I grew up in WI too! No one can do a brandy old fashioned like the 'Sconnies can!

BBQ Meatloaf and Mashed Cauliflower. 397 cals for 1.5 servings of meatloaf + 1 cup cauliflower. Yum!

I eat mine on a baked potato with some salsa, also. But I am very particular, I only like Deans Low-Fat. Every other kind tastes like rotten milk to me.

I eat it as a topping on a baked potato with some salsa. But if you can't stand it, don't force yourself to eat it. There is plenty of food out there that is just as good for you, or better.
