I debated on the misfit or fit bit then read some crappy reviews about the misfit. Bought the Fitbit charge hr instead and I love it!

I'm in the quit process now. If you call the national quit line they will send the patch for free. As nutty as this sounds one thing that helps me is straws. Especially in the car as something to play with chew on etc. I cut them to cigarette size. Sugar free lollipops and finding anything to do with my hands. Good luck.…

You can do it! Believe me I hate exercise as much as anyone. I just start slow take short walks to start. Apps like this one and map my walk make it more fun for me. :)

Howdy back at ya! Yeh usually the chester valley trail. I'm a newbie and I have a hybrid. The trails are ok but too many people and too many dogs. I'll check out a little further downing town to glenmoore is a good idea.

Thanks! I avoid all that stuff not much of a sweet eater. I'm more of a salt girl. I guess I'm just impatient. But I'm really trying to get down by 20 by the end of July for My shore week. I'm worried that eating that many is not going to help. And I don't understand that if I burn calories why would I want to eat them…

Yes definitely. I've started going to spin so I'm sure that will help. I do better in classes. I guess it's more motivating. I'll keep doing the 1600 and see how it goes. Thanks a heap for the tips!
