It is so yummy with yogurt - especially with some sliced bananas and a sprinkle of walnuts or pecans. I love wheat germ - it's slight crunch and nutty flavor. I even put it on top of ice cream before - but well - why would you want to eat ice cream when you can have yummy yogurt?? :)

YES!! One banana and I am sky high on my sugar. It just doesn't seem right. I am also nearly always over on protein and sugar (protein by a lot and sugar by a lot if I have had that sugary banana). I am almost never close on my carbs - usually 25 to 40% below the suggestion. My fiber is generally over too.…

My family started substituting non-fat plain greek yogurt for sour cream (great for veggie dips) and add a dollup to vinaigrette salad dressings (shake it up well in a small separate container) to make it creamy and cling to the lettuce.
