i started so slowly, I gave up soda and tea for four weeks then I gave up breads for 4 weeks and I was down 20. 20 pounds of soda and bread?! it seemed too easy, too silly! I was hooked abstinence worked for me in the beginning because I didn't have to log or count just not eat those things. Now on day 124, I log log log!
